Q:How many grams does the machine inject?

Q:What is actually injected is 0, 29 kg?
A:Pls note when you inject {{0}}.56KG zinc at a time, there will be a lot of consumption from the beginning of the injection to the mold, so the effective injection amount of metal is 0.29KG.
Q:the maximum mold measure I can use on the machine?
A:About the maximum mold measure of the machine can make,this is not certain, depending on the product . Generally , the 16T machine can make the product within 50g .
Q:Can you only make 50 gram products?But in the data sheet is the machine have 560 grams of injection?
A:Yes ,it is right .Pls kindly note in theory, it is {{0}}.56kg, but in fact, it has a small part of the mass production can enter the mold, about 0.18 0.29kg 1/3）.As there will be some consumption from the process of injection to the mold. And that is inevitable.
Q:Moulds of what measure can I place on the machine?
A:If you want to know the measure of the mouds that the machine can make ,you will see the data of Inner space between the bars Thickness of die block both data.You can see the min thickness of the mouds is 150mm, the measure of the moulds 230 200mm .for example , the measure of your mould is 230 210 mm or 210 200 or 245 200 ,
these measures of moulds can all be placed on the machine .In other words, only one side can exceed the specified size.and the thickness of the moulds must reach to150mm .
Q:You send me the machine in a container?
A:Generally,our machines is exported in nude package.The accessories is packed in wooden boxes .As the machine need to be special fixed .
Generally ,the machine will be exported in a whole cabinet and 16Ton machine need a 20GP cabinet .
